How to Vet a Metal Parts Sourcing Coordinator

Clarify the business role

Ask whether the coordinator is the seller of record, an agent, or a service provider; who issues the quotation and invoice; and which legal entity accepts the order. Do not assume that a sourcing brand owns the factory or controls every process.

Identify each responsible party
