LASER-CUT PARTS
Custom Laser Cutting Service
Share a drawing for a project-specific review of cut metal parts, panels, brackets, and flat patterns.

Laser-cut parts for drawing-led review
Laser-cut parts can be discussed as standalone components or as an early operation in a sheet metal assembly. Example request types include flat panels, brackets, mounting plates, and cut blanks. These examples are not a confirmed stock list or capacity statement.
What to include in an RFQ
- DXF, DWG, or dimensioned PDF drawing; add a STEP model when the part will be formed or assembled
- Material name, exact grade, thickness, and condition
- Quantity, tolerances, critical edges, and deburring requirements
- Any follow-on bending, finishing, joining, or inspection needs
Project-specific feasibility
Material, thickness, geometry, cut quality, heat effects, tolerances, finishing, and quantity affect the process review. No machine type, cutting envelope, thickness limit, tolerance, or production lead time is stated here; confirm these against the drawing with the selected manufacturing partner before quotation.
For formed parts and enclosures, see sheet metal fabrication. Bending can be included in the same RFQ for review.
Common questions
Which materials can I ask about?
Share the exact material grade and thickness from your drawing. Availability and process suitability are confirmed for each project.
Can you quote from a DXF alone?
A DXF can help with a flat part, but also provide material, thickness, quantity, tolerances, finishing, and any inspection requirements.
Can you confirm a maximum thickness or tolerance?
Not without the specific material and geometry and confirmation from the selected manufacturing partner.
Can laser cutting be combined with bending?
Yes, list the formed drawing or 3D model and the flat pattern if available so the complete route can be reviewed.
Where should I send project details?
Use the secure RFQ intake when it is enabled, or contact sales@beizhoumetal.com.
