Custom Aluminum CNC Machining Parts

Beizhou Metal coordinates inquiries and supplier review for custom CNC-machined aluminum parts. Start with a non-confidential outline of the part, alloy, quantity and destination; the selected manufacturing partner must confirm the actual drawing, process route, finish and acceptance requirements before commitment.

Define the aluminum specification

Name the exact alloy and temper required by the design, together with any governing material standard or documentation. Do not use “aluminum” as a substitute for a grade when properties affect fit, strength, corrosion, or finishing.

Prepare the machining RFQ

Provide the current 3D model and dimensioned 2D drawing, quantity by order and forecast, critical dimensions, surface finish, inspection needs, packaging, and destination. Mark the controlling revision and list any open design questions.

Review finish and acceptance

If anodizing or another finish is required, state the specification, appearance criteria, masking needs, and dimensional features affected. Confirm finishing and inspection availability with the manufacturing partner.

Separate a fit-check sample from a repeat order

State the sample quantity, what it is intended to prove, any permitted temporary deviations and the requirements for later orders. Record the approved revision and unresolved issues before moving from sample review to repeat supply. A sample quote is not evidence that a production route has already been qualified.

Agree evidence and responsibilities

Identify the features that require a report, the material documentation requested and who approves deviations. Ask which machining, finishing and inspection steps are included in the quotation, which are performed by partners and what assumptions remain open. Availability of any record must be confirmed for the selected supplier.

Compare complete quotation scope

Request the same material callout, accepted quantity, finish, inspection, packaging and destination from each bidder. Distinguish committed order quantities from forecasts and separate dispatch timing from transit. Do not compare an unfinished blank with a finished part as if they covered the same requirements.

Begin with a non-confidential project outline

Email the process, material, quantity and destination to sales@beizhoumetal.com. Agree confidentiality, intended recipients and a suitable transfer method before sharing sensitive drawings. The public website does not provide an enabled file-upload channel.

Project-specific confirmation

No universal size, tolerance, lead time, surface finish, or machine capacity is stated here. These depend on the part and must be confirmed by the selected manufacturing partner.

Material selection, manufacturing feasibility, finishing and acceptance requirements are confirmed for each project before commitment.
